A big thank you to all attendees of the “25Th Anniversary Sterling Silver Jubilee” Conference held at the Delta Hotels, Muskegon Convention Center. It was truly a memorable week with record turnouts, good food, camaraderie, awards, welcome reception, duck hunting, photo ops, silent auction, networking, prizes, President/Clerk of the Year dinner, education, and more.

- 404 attendees
- 55 outstanding speakers
- Most popular sessions – 1) “Breakfast” (253 RSVPs); 2) “Break” (216 RSVPs); 3) “Bureau of Elections and Legislative Update” (147 RSVPs)
- When asked, “How satisfied were you with the content provided at the conference?” The overwhelming feedback reflected great enthusiasm! Some of the glowing comments include: “LOVING IT! Love our speakers so far! Thankful to learn and network. Thank you for all the effort that went into this!”
- An astonishing 86.0% of participants indicated that they loved using the Whova platform
- Conference brought together attendees from over 155 regions across Michigan
- 113 community topics were discussed on Whova, including topics like “Fur Babies!” and “Clerk Years”
- 43 meet-ups were created, including “Clerkaoke 2025!” and “Pigeon Hill Brewing Co”
- Over 95 Q&A questions were asked via the Whova app, including “Your FOIA experience”

Planning is already getting started for the 2026 MAMC Conference at the Kalamazoo Radisson, which will be held June 15through June 19. Ideas are already brewing in our minds to make it another fun and educational experience for our membership. Make sure you save the dates!
